ABSTRACT
This study measures the performances of the Nigeria Commercial Banks in the process of agricultural financing. 
However, due to some limitating factors the scope had to be limited to the Commercial Banks in Enugu State. This is so, inference are drawn on what should be the national situation. The research study suffered some limitations such as;
Firstly, time factors has a serious effect on the conduct of this research and   his made it impossible for the researcher to cover all the intended areas. 
Secondly, there was the problem of accessibility to information some of the respondent declined to release the required information by not replaying to the researcher questions. These problems were mostly experienced with bank officials. 
Thirdly, there was the problem of finance. A research of this nature requires adequate finance to enable the researcher cover a wide area. As a result of the economic situation of the country, these is high transportation cost and facilities needed for the research study.
